DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday October 10 at The Unitarian Universalist Community of Charlotte for Eulalie\, an old-time folk duo of Donna Stewart and Ron Andrico uniting Cleveland (Donna) and Portland (Ron) who will soon reside in Stokes County\, NC near Hanging Rock. This duo lives and breathes heartfelt American roots music: vintage songs\, fiddle tunes\, old-time hymns\, ballads\, and country blues. \nWith close intertwining vocal harmonies and a song-centered approach to their arrangements featuring banjo\, guitar\, and fiddle honor original sources while giving each performance an intimate\, contemporary immediacy. Eulalie’s recordings including the 2025 album “Porch Music” and their 2020 collection “Heart-Songs” revisit overlooked songs and tunes from hymnals\, broadsides\, and early popular sheet-music and restore the music to the venues where it was originally heard. \nSee you on October 10th!
