Instruments

Instrument Lending Library: The Charlotte Folk Society has a musical instrument “library” for lending instruments to those who would like to try before they buy. It is also a welcoming place to try a jam for the first time or rekindle an old musical passion. Visit the CFS monthly lending library by making an appointment with John or David. There is a large inventory of instruments, so come try something new! Borrow instruments for two months for a deposit of $30, or longer in exchange for donating your deposit to the instrument library fund which is used for repairs, accessories, and acquisitions. Contact John Tutwiler (john.tutwiler@gmail.com) or David Fee (David_Fee@bellsouth.net). The library is located at St. Martin’s Episcopal Church, 1510 E Seventh Street, Charlotte, NC 28204.
